The 2010 “7” Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from a few select private growers on Spring Mountain, as well as younger Estate fruit.

This wine displays a complex bouquet of red cherry, cocoa, and framboise, intermixed with hints of tobacco, cocoa and graphite. A beautiful mid-palate rounds out a fleshy and concentrated wine, followed by youthful, fine-grained silky tannins. This fantastic wine is already approachable now and will age beautifully over the next decade and more.
