
2006 “7” Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2006 "7" Cabernet and 2006 "8" Chardonnay are the first wines produced in our new winery facility on the top of Spring Mountain.
The ability to harvest on demand and vinify in small fermenters enabled us to take the wine to the next level. The 2006 Cabernet exhibits notes of black cherry and anise, with great complexity and strong mid-palate. The finish shows a balance of spice and firm tannins one would expect from a mountain Cabernet.
