The 2007 "8" Chardonnay Winemaker Luc Morlet's first Chardonnay produced at Vineyard 7 & 8, and an effort we were extremely happy with.
This chardonnay exhibits a bright golden color, and displays an intense and complex bouquet of candied lemon and citrus oils, intermixed with crushed stone fruits. Full bodied with a texture that is soft and creamy, and a long finish of mineral notes that highlight the white volcanic rocky soils from the estate.”
