2006 “8” Chardonnay
The first wine made in our new winery facility located on the top of Spring Mountain!
The 2006 "8" Chardonnay exhibits a bright golden color, and complex aromas. Full of tropical fruits and spice, with pineapple, stone fruits and a hint of the minerality that highlights the fruit grown from our vineyards of 2000ft elevation.
Held to slightly less malolactic fermentation then past vintages, we continued to ferment and age the wines in French oak.
